- There is no power on site, so you will have to provide your own.
- Your site is on grass, but you will need to provide sufficient pegs or waratahs to hold your tent down
- Set-up is between 12noon and 2pm
- Registration starts at 3:00pm for competitors
- Event start is 6:00pm
- Awards are at 9:00pm
- Take down of your site is at 10:00pm
