Summary:

We Run The Night is returning to Mount Maunganui on 13 March 2021. The distances include a 21km half marathon run, 10km and 5km run/walk. This is an event for everyone with male and female age groups from 10 - 60+. Runners are encouraged to wear their own bright lights, to dress up and run the night.

Key facts:

  • The event is located at Mt Drury on the Mount Main Beach.
  • 69% female, 31% male.
  • Minor spot prizes are awarded randomly as you cross the finish line and a major spot prize is drawn at the completion of the awards. You must be onsite to win the major spot prize.
  • All finishers in the 5km, 10km and 21km half marathon events will receive a finishers medal.
  • There will be access to water, R-Line Electrolyte Drink & lollies on course at the following approximate kilometres points on course. 2.5km, 5.5km, 8km, 10.5km, 13km, 15.5km  and 18km. There will also be water available at the finish line.
